What does delivery cost?

Courier delivery costs 25,00 Lei and is free for orders of 500,00 Lei and above. Collection from our shop in Gheorgheni is free.

How long does delivery take?

The term is calculated per order, not per product, and you see it at checkout: 1-3 working days for items from our own warehouse, 7-14 working days if an item is brought in from the distributor. The parcel leaves once the last item arrives.

Can I get a company invoice?

Yes. At checkout choose "Company" or "Public institution" and enter the CUI — the details are pulled from the ANAF register and the invoice is issued to the organisation.

How do I order larger quantities?

Send the list through the quote request form. You get firm prices, a delivery date and a validity period; for public institutions we also work through SEAP/SICAP.
